I. ORGANIZER
1. Organizer
The project is organized by BULTİŞAD – the Bulgarian-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which acts as an institutional guarantor of transparency, sustainability, and international cooperation.
2. What is Art x Industry?
Art × Industry is an international cultural platform created to place art in a real context of interaction with industry, without compromising its artistic independence.
Art carries content, meaning, and emotional value. Industry provides scale, sustainability, and long-term continuity for these values. The project exists precisely at this intersection.
3. Why Bulgaria and Turkey?
The choice of Bulgaria and Turkey is deliberate and strategic. The two countries share history, geographical proximity, and active economic ties. The project adds a cultural and human dimension that deepens these relations beyond trade.
II. OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPETITION
1. To give international visibility to professional artists;
2. To create real economic opportunities through exhibitions and an auction;
3. To build a sustainable model that can be developed on an annual basis;
4. To finance future cultural initiatives through the Cultural Interaction Fund.
III. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AND LOGIC OF CANDIDACY
1. Who can apply?
Participation is open to professional artists who are citizens of the Republic of Bulgaria or the Republic of Turkey and who are at least 18 years of age.
2. Why is the application open and free?
The open and free nature of the competition aims to remove financial and administrative barriers and provide an equal starting point for all applicants.
3. Why is there no limit on the number of applications?
The absence of a limit does not encourage quantity at the expense of quality, but allows artists to present different aspects of their practice, which are then professionally evaluated by the jury.
4. How the application process works?
Applications are submitted entirely online via the application form on the Platform and include:
-
presentation of the artist;
-
presentation of the artworks;
-
a declaration of authorship and consent;
-
acceptance of these Regulations and the Platform’s policies.
5. Deadlines
-
Start: April 1, 2026
-
End: May 31, 2026, 23:59 (Bulgarian time)
After this time, the platform automatically closes submissions.

The jury is international and consists of:
